Our next quarterly dinner at Daybreak Men’s Shelter is Wednesday, June 25.
We will be serving around 40 guests so several people are needed to prepare /
provide an item from the list below. Food should be brought to St. Andrew’s
no later than 4:30 pm on June 25. The main dish will be ham and will be cooked
at the church. If items must be delivered early, we can reheat them at church if
there is room in the ovens.. If you’d like to serve at the shelter at 5:00 pm, we
could use 1 or 2 more servers. Please sign up in the Gathering Space.
Items (multiples of each) needed are:
- 9 x 13 foil pans of cheesy potatoes
- 9 x 13 foil pans of baked beans
- bagged salad
- rolls
- dessert (in disposable container)
