“All Are Welcome In This Place”

Sermon Series – New Perspectives…

“New Perspectives for a New Year”
Twelve days after Christmas marks the Feast of the Magi. On that day, January 6th, Christians all over the world tell the ancient story of the Wise Men who follow a star that leads the to Jesus. After finding him with Mary and Joseph, the Wise Men offer their gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. The Bible tells us that they were so transformed by their experience, they went home by another route. Perhaps by encountering the Christ child, the Wise Men gained a new perspective on their lives. This revealing of God in His Son Jesus is called an Epiphany.

For the next 6 weeks, we at St. Andrew’s will celebrate this season of the Epiphany. We will reflect on how an encounter with Jesus can create new perspective for all of us. After a very challenging 2020, we are looking for a fresh vision, a new perspective on life, on hope, and on the promises of God. Join us weekly on  Sunday morning  at 9:00am CT as we worship virtually together.
