STATIONS OF THE CROSS
Join us as we journey with Jesus on his way to the cross (outdoors if weather permits). Stations of the Cross, or the Way of the Cross, also known as Way of Sorrows or Via Crucis, refers to a series of images depicting Jesus Christ on the day of his crucifixion and accompanying prayers. Enter into the story of the crucifixion and experience the saving love of Jesus.
On the following Fridays, follow in the footsteps at our family-friendly Stations of the Cross wherein the children will learn to pray the stations in a hands-on way of learning. Each young person will be given the opportunity to participate by leading one of the stations and everyone will receive a special momento at each station. It will be a memorable formation event that will give the young people a little insight as to what Jesus experienced on the day we call Good Friday.
We welcome all to join us on this special spiritual journey.
