Weekly on Sundays from 9:15a.m.-10:00a.m.), we explore the Bible using the “Godly Play,” curriculum which helps children explore their faith through story, to gain religious language, and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond.
On the 1st Sunday of the month, the 10:00 a.m. worship service is a time of fun-filled worship where our children and youth experience God “up-close and personal.” They read the lessons of the day, help out at the Altar, and lead the singing. A special sermon is included that promises to make it a fulfilling experience for everyone!!
On the 3rd Sunday of each month during our 10:00 a.m. service, our children participate in a special Children’s Chapel service. This fun and interactive service is designed for elementary age children and brings alive the truth of God’s Word. Children wear costumes from ancient times, sing songs, participate in neat skits, and make all sorts of cool crafts.
Each summer, we have lots of fun with our friends learning about Jesus, making really cool crafts, singing hilarious camp songs, engaging in awesome service projects.
Jr. & Sr. High Youth meet on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. for food and fellowship to talk about faith and learn about the wonder of God’s Holy Word.
Our youth also met this past fall on Sunday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for a Confirmation Class ~ a great way to grow in their faith in Christ through the experience of our church community. Lot’s of food, fun, & fellowship!
