Bible Study on “Inclusion”

September 13, 2017, 6:30 am @ | View Map

It is an old Chinese curse that says “May you live in interesting times.” Today can certainly be classified as such, and St. Andrew’s is not exempt. In the near future we as a parish will be called upon to discuss and make decisions on several matters having to do with the direction of both our parish and the national church, especially in light of General Convention in June of next year.

In hopes of giving us a boost in dealing with these matters, we are inviting you to join us on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM from September 13 to October 18 to learn how to “Dance in the Circle of Grace” a discussion class based on the book, by Fr. Eric Law, an Asian-American Episcopal priest who is a consultant for the Church in helping parishes and organizations find ways to deal with changes in their midst and surrounding communities. Hopefully with it we will learn a new way of looking at the challenges surrounding us both within St. Andrew’s and without and learn to make a place where we can dance in the circle of grace.
